It all began in 2020, when we discovered Northern Cyprus and were impressed by the construction projects that had just started. We immediately decided to invest and bought some off-plan properties. So the adventure began and we have not regretted it.

We quickly realised that the property market in Northern Cyprus was booming. We met the most important property agencies and started new partnerships. Our goals were to generate leads, look after clients and learn all the processes. The year 2021 was spectacularly good.

In 2022, we had built up a large network. We got to know most of the property developers, projects under construction or planned, lawyers, bankers, service providers and investors from all over the world. For this reason, we decided to offer our services independently and more professionally. We already had a large portfolio of friends and investors who had already bought property in Northern Cyprus. We also know the most important property developers personally.

In 2023, we founded our own consulting and investment company in Northern Cyprus. This step was important in order to conduct business properly. As a result, we gained more customers and more trust in the market. Today, we can even sit down with property developers and agree more favourable prices and better conditions for our customers. The "RESALE" sector is also a new topic on the market. For this reason we have specialised in this new business and today we can proudly say that we have all the structures, ressources and network to offer the property RESALE in Northern Cyprus.
